In my case, I saw an advertisement that had this header: “How To Make Life Better For Yourself”. See? I wasn’t actively looking out for it (I was just flipping through the recruitment pages), but because my brain knew that I wanted to take action to get a better life, it instantly clicked! The next important step is to actually take action! Whether it is to surf the advertiser’s website, or to register for a seminar (whether paid or unpaid is irrelevant, right?), or call a hotline – if you can do it, then just do it! Don’t entertain those thoughts that will inevitably pop up in your brain: “Should I do it?” “Is it really going to help me?” “Will it be a waste of my money and time?”, and most definitely do not entertain these 2 big killer: “Is there a cheaper method?” “Is it a guarantee that my life will get better?” Anyway you are clueless what you need to do, so keep an open mind, and if you can do it, just do! Surf the web, go for the talk, or pick up the phone! If you keep finding excuses why you should not proceed, then no matter the Cosmos send you 1 signal, 10 signals or 1,000 signals, you will never get started!

In all honesty,  I’m not a big fan of asking my friends or my relatives what they think, or of their opinion. It is not important – their thinking or their opinion – because I am the one who wants to ‘take action’. It is up to me! If I am hungry, do I go ask another if he thinks I should eat? No! My stomach is growling!!! 😋🍖🍗🍔🍟🍚🍝🍣 The only time that I will listen to another person’s opinion, is if they have personally done before, what I intend to do. If they have succeeded, it is better for me. But even if they had failed in their venture or undertaking, I will still listen to them. Because they have actually done it, they have actually tried it out! It is not their thinking or their opinion. It is their experience in the real world, and that’s what’s really important!

When I started using Feng Shui, I did not go asking everyone what they think of Feng Shui. And most certainly I did not ask them whether they think I should use it! I always wonder why people do that: “do you think I should break up with my boyfriend?” “do you think that I should ask my husband if he is cheating on me?” “do you think I should change jobs?”. LOL! Why do people ask other people what they should do? I cannot understand it! LOL LOL LOL!!! 😂😂😂

So that advertisement caught my eye. Boy, I know now that I was so very lucky then! Why? Because the price of the ticket was ‘only’ about $60 (I think), and I could find $60 if I saved on this and that! If the organisers had priced it to be $600, then I definitely wouldn’t have gone. At that time, $60 was an investment sum to me, because I was so damn broke! But anyway I am glad that I coughed out $120, and I bought tickets for my mum and myself.

What good is going for a talk if you simply went home and slept it off? So again I was lucky because The Inspirational Writer_________ was soooo good, my mum was inspired to buy the book authored by The Inspirational Writer. Even though mum eventually gave up on Feng Shui because it was too hard (mum was not determined) for her to understand, I was lucky because mum gave her book to me. At that time, I did not have money to buy Feng Shui books, so I relied heavily on that hand-me-down book. If mum did not buy that book, I may or I may not have pursued Feng Shui. My husband and I were working our asses off, I can’t figure out where I could have found time to go to the library to read Feng Shui books.

What good is reading Feng Shui books if you are not going to practice Feng Shui? I was ‘lucky‘ because my circumstances got so bad, my mum couldn’t care less, my husband and I were no longer on talking terms, no other white knight was coming to rescue me, I was at my wit’s end, and so I was forced to give Feng Shui a try. Hahaha! See how a bad thing can be a good thing?

The most lucky thing that happened to me then was that it worked! Feng Shui worked!!! It was a learning process, I struggled, I had to figure out how to make it work, it took time but it worked!!! Feng Shui works!!!  👏👏👏👍🍾🎉🎊

Make Feng Shui Work! 让好风水实现！

This website is for people who are in a really, really bad situation. People who want to take action about their situation, but they have no money, no time, no help. I know exactly what you are going though! How are you going to start using Feng Shui when you are so stuck in your daily life? When I am so busy working overtime (OT) that I can only eat my dinner at 9pm, when I am the only one working OT everyday and on every weekend, yet I am the one still being passed over when it came to a promotion at work, when the laundry basket is piled high with unwashed clothes, when nobody has  vacuumed the home for more than 1 week, when the toilets have not been washed for more than 1 month, when my husband and I are on the verge of divorce?! I was stuck in exactly the same situation as you are now!!!

Beautiful River Flowing 美丽的河流

Recently, I saw a post on a friend’s Facebook page. It was a photo of her clasping her palms in prayer as she gazed out into the river stream. She wrote the words “contemplating and rejoicing at a blessed life”. I thought about how young she was, yet she had everything at her age. Thinking back to how overwhelmed by life I was when I was her age: “Of course she can contemplate and rejoice at her blessed life! Her father owns a conglomerate in Indonesia, she is very close to her parents, her husband dotes on her, and she has 9 maids in her Indonesia palace of a house! Of course she can contemplate her life! But me? I still have to vacuum the floor, then later I have to cook dinner for my family, then I have to tutor my kids!” 😅😅😅

The good news is with good Feng Shui, you can get out of your very bad situation. Of course I do not promise that you will spend the rest of your life posting on Instagram, on a daily basis, posed pictures of you sitting crossed-legged beside a river stream meditating and looking at peace with the world. Neither do I promise you that you will be decked out in designer wear from head to toe, and you will have a row of servants bowing their heads and saying “Welcome, Madam, welcome home from your shopping trip!”. But what I promise you is that when you make Feng Shui work, you will be rewarded with more than what you have ever wished for! This I can promise you! For example, I only wished that my husband and I could work in a stable 9-to-5  (no overtime!) job, and I did not want to worry about having no money to pay the mortgage and the utilities bill. Did you know how un-greedy I was? I even told myself that I would survive eating plain bread and milo, as long as I could get out of that fix that I was in. What good Feng Shui has brought me on (see ________) was being able to quit my job and live a very, very, very comfortable life for more than 10 years, rub shoulders with the rich and famous, take on a freelance writing portfolio, do very regular volunteer work, buy a 2nd property, and now, create a website that helps people!

I wrote above that the best person to dish out advice is the one who has experienced it for oneself! My rich friend from Indonesia – though she is very lucky – but she will never be able to tell you how to get out of your bind. Because she was born in a household with servants, and she married into a household with servants. She has never known how it feels like to be bogged down by too much housework, no money, no time, no support and wishing she could get out of it. Of course I am not saying that her life is worry free. No, as you will read in my blog, once we use Feng Shui successfully to get ourselves out of desperate times, there will come other problems that having money simply cannot fix. In this sense, I agree with a certain someone (see _______) that activating for wealth is the easiest Feng Shui to do. So, let’s get on with it, shall we? 😉
