So, here’s my chosen cover photo of a fat, happy cat who is obviously used to being taken photos of. I took about 10 photos of this cat in this setting, inadvertently giving my active mind a much-needed 5 minute break from my thoughts.

This photo has no depth, but it doesn’t look too bad. So you see, in between taking the 10 photos and deciding which photo to choose as my cover photo, I have taken a mental holiday. I don’t need to wait for the perfect time, or spend a lot of time and money, or specifically plan out a schedule for a well-deserved holiday to feel happy.
