If you can afford to wait, and money is not an issue, and if you are lucky when it comes to buying property, then you might be able to get all the good Feng Shui rooms in the right Feng Shui locations. The best Feng Shui house layout! I wonder if such a property exists in our HDB flats? Somebody let me know! 🤓 As Google search results suggest, the best place to put a fish tank for Feng Shui reasons are the South-East, North and East rooms. What happens if your living room is located in a wrong part of the house? Is there such a thing as a bad feng shui living room? Will your fish tank be bad luck then?

The simple answer is no, as long as you do not buy a gigantic fish tank or a massive fish tank! Think of it this way, the modern-looking plastic container that holds fish, pictured here… it measures L20cm by B20cm by H25cm. To work out how many litres of water this fish tank size holds, you Google “How to calculate litres in a fish tank”, and you will find a wealth of formulas, and even calculators you can use! Interesting. Anyway, 20cm*20cm*25cm = 10Litres (L) of water in my modern-looking plastic container that holds fish. This is considered a very small tank (compared to the size of my HDB mansionette). Remember: Everything is relative. This 10L fish tank holds close to the water capacity of the stainless steel water pot in my kitchen. LOL! 😂 Do I worry so much about my kitchen appliance holding so much water?
However, if I stay in a rented room, then the 10L modern-looking plastic container that holds fish will be relatively ‘big’, compared to the size of my room. Get it? So for most ordinary people who live ordinary lives in ordinary homes, do not worry about your very small fish tank having bad Feng Shui! 但是，如果我在外只是租一个房间住，那么与我的房间相比，装十公升的装小鱼摩登塑料‘桶’鱼缸就相对较大。放心，对于大多数我们普通家庭来说，我们根本不用担心小小鱼缸风水好不好。 如果我们怕得什么都不敢尝试， 我们如何享受到这“流动的水体”的好处呢？🌊
