The owner of this flat unit has been working hard in middle management for many years. How can she take her career to the next level (top management)?

This apartment is spacious and airy, but in Feng Shui principles, it will be hard for this owner to save money. There are 2 reasons for this:

1. The ‘chi’ that flows in from the main window front entrance (in this case, the E facing main windows) flows out quickly, as shown by the red arrow that I have drawn. There is nothing in the path to slow down the chi from zipping right through and immediately out of the back windows.

2. It is better for the owner, if we are not able to see the back of the house at first glance. Why?

(i) if a person is able to see the back of his house from the entrance, then it ‘seems’ that the house is very small and short. Nobody wants to live in a small and short house, right?

(ii) if this is the view from the main entrance of the house, then as stated in the point (1), wealth comes in and immediately flows out. There is no time for the Feng Shui of wealth and good fortune to work at all.

这间公寓宽敞又通风， 真舒服！ 👍 但在风水原则理论，屋主应该很难储蓄钱， 主要原因有两个：

（一） 正如我以下绘制的红色箭头所示， 从前门流入的‘气’迅速流出。 这财气进来了，  路径中没有任何东西可以减缓它， 所以它还没有时间停留下来就直接从后窗口流出。

（二） 无论房子或公寓最好不要第一眼就看到房子或公寓的后面， 为什么？

（i）如果从入口处马上看到家的后面， 一目了然， 就显示房子非常小， 非常短。 没有人喜欢住又小又短的房子，对吧？

（ii）正如我在第（一）点提到的， 从大门可以看得到后门，财气、 富气进入了立即流走，根本没有时间发挥它们的风水威力。

So what can the flat owner do? 那么屋主可以怎么做？

The shape of this flat is regular, except for a partial missing SW corner. It is not completely missing, just a fraction. The master bedroom would have been bigger and wider, if not for the missing SW fraction.

Feng Shui afflictions such as missing corners in Feng Shui are common. When a home is missing the SW corner, it’s generally believed that the occupants will have relationship problems, and the matriarch of the family will be affected, whether in terms of the power that she holds in the family or at work. A missing SW corner could also be an affliction as simple as the matriarch having to work overtime every day.

这间公寓的形状还挺规则的，只是缺失了部分西南角落。还好， 这间单位并不是完全缺西南角落， 只是一部分罢了！ 如果组屋单位是规则的四方形状，主卧室会更大， 更宽。

很少人有完美的风水房子或公寓。 这间公寓缺了西南角。谷歌“失踪风水西南角落”，你会从搜索结果读到如果一间屋子缺了西南角， 普遍来说会出现人与人之间的问题，或家里的女人 （尤其是女主人） 会在家庭里和在工作岗位上缺乏权力， 而且可能时常出国公干或每天必须加班。

The home owner is born in the year of the rabbit (those born in 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999, 2011, 2023…). She has the opportunity to make her home direction of the East (the home direction of the rabbit) strong, but she chooses not to. I find that it is such a pity, because we all know that an unblocked window view is a rare gem in Singapore! In addition to this million-dollar view, the E of her home also happens to be her home’s main facing direction, and it is also her home’s entrance foyer cum balcony. How fantastic is that!!! 👍👍👍👏👏👏 If she makes an effort to strengthen her own rabbit home direction, she will definitely reap the Feng Shui benefits of doing so!  Take action, and Make Feng Shui work!

该单位屋主出生在兔年（出生于一九二七年，一九三九年，一九五一年，一九六三年，一九七五年，一九八七年，一九九九年，二零一一年，二零二三年。。。）。 她有机会加强她家朝向的东边（属兔的方向恰好也是东），但她选择不这样做。 我觉得这太可惜了！ 我们都知道， 在新加坡， 一个畅通的窗口视图不止罕见， 非常珍贵！ 除了这个百万元的景观，她的家的东部恰好是她的组屋单位的主要风水朝向， 同时也是单位的入口门厅和阳台。 真是太棒了!!!  👍👍👍👏👏👏 如果屋主采取行动加强自己属兔的风水方向， 她肯定能让好风水实现！ 把握机会， 采取心动！
