If we match this arrangement with directional Feng Shui, the son is living in a S (bad)/SW (good) room, with his head pointing W (good) when he sleeps. When he is studying in his desk in her room, I have no idea which direction he is facing. So, BAD DIRECTION = 1, GOOD DIRECTION = 2, UNSURE = 1.
The daughter, however, is sleeping in a S (bad)/SE (bad) room, with her head pointing E (bad). When she is studying at her desk in her room, she is facing N (bad). So, BAD DIRECTION = 4, GOOD DIRECTION = 0.
Of course I am not saying that bad directional Feng Shui is the sole reason why the young one is not interested in her studies. But as I said in _____, for good things to materialise (Make Feng Shui Work!), the Cosmic energies must be aligned. So perhaps the young daughter is not the kind of girl who is ‘interested’ in learning from books (2D learning). On top of this, the external factors (e.g. Feng Shui, parental guidance, peer influence) are not helping her to get over her lack of interest.
