There is a stairwell on the ground floor. The residents need to climb up a flight of steep stairs to reach their apartment unit.

The apartment was last renovated in the early 1980s, so this makes it a ‘Period 7’ apartment.

The residents were very affluent back in the 1970s and the 1980s. Their children have all graduated from University, and have shifted out of their maternal home. The sole breadwinner (the elderly man) is no longer working, and the elderly couple are living off their savings.
